What are the best aspects of this product?

Invoca gives a topnotch user experience through its easy to use interface. It is easily customizable because of its handy plugins and reporting capabilities, making it suitable for different businesses. It is best, however, for companies that leverage on performance marketing effort. In addition, it has a powerful AI signal feature, as well as other innovative functions that you can’t easily find elsewhere. Kudos to the Invoca team too, since their friendly staff always give us top-notch services and support to satisfy our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish Invoca would become available to more countries outside the USA. The reporting feature should be enhanced by adding call low visualization tweaks as well. Finally, I notice some problems with the platform when dealing with cross-domain monitoring.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Invoca is efficient for linking the difference between online and offline attribution in campaigns. It also features highly detailed reporting and optimizing the campaign, as well as an efficient re-marketing capability that automatically turns off similar-looking audience signals. This is great for bringing more high quality leads to our call center system.
