What are the best aspects of this product?
Data that we can grab from Invoca is complete and highly detailed, and we can easily view such information clearly on the platform. It lets us easily generate new numbers too, then we can use them immediately afterward.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Invoca should improve the process of updating marketing information. We are having too many difficulties that we often need to pass such sensitive data to the support team to complete the updates. Also, Invoca cannot create numbers in a huge amount at once. And because we need to create hundreds of numbers every now and then, our staff often need to consume lots of working hours to complete the job.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It’s easier and efficient to track calls using Invoca. And we can do it across multiple offices in our company.
