What are the best aspects of this product?
Offline call tracking isn’t a problem with Invoca because it does the job pretty well. It is very customizable too; meaning, we can easily make it suit our needs by tweaking tags and signals. The Invoca user support team is fantastic too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Invoca is a wonderful platform by itself. The problem is, it provides lesser support for places outside the North America area.

We always face problem when calculating actual sales we make from calls and crediting them to our virtual channels. Invoca has easily addressed such a problem in our company today. That’s why we are now able to gather vital information which helps in improving our relationship with clients.
