What are the best aspects of this product?

No invoicing solution has fit my business demands like how Invoice Ninja do. Yes, the free and commercial variations were insufficient, but the open-source version is terrific! I used the C-Panel to set it up in shared hosting, and it is convenient to use and personalize according to my needs. This small tool handles invoicing, quotations, project tracking, inventory and payment among other tasks without problems. It incorporates smoothly with Zapier too, which is great for boosting many of our business tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Setting up it manually in a server is quite difficult even if I’m a tech savvy person. I need to resort using the C-Panel for it. And such process should be improved for the benefit of average people using Invoice Ninja for their business. Other than this, Invoice Ninja perfectly works well through operations.
