Invoice Ninja is a complete invoicing app with tons of useful features through its modules. It has useful modules that are easy to activate or deactivate, such as those for invoicing, CRM, inventory, time and project monitoring, scheduling, proposal, generating reports, as well as for reporting among other use. It also allows managing of invoice through the leading online payment platforms such as PayPal, as well as it lets us fully personalize each invoice such as using company logo and themes. Moreover, it has a frontend dashboard where clients can sign-in, check status of projects, view invoices, send payments, or to make important statements.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Invoice Ninja doesn’t feature a dependable helpdesk or ticketing system. It also has insufficient documentations for further development. Meaning, it is quite difficult to develop a new module for the platform.
