Billing processes has useful and efficient options, and the platform allows the reuse of invoices with automatic payment features. It also supports the use of different payment modes such as automated clearing house (ACH), credit cards and check, so clients can choose what’s convenient for them. Moreover, it lets me impose discounts when they use ACH because of lesser rates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is quite difficult to learn from the start especially that I’m using it for my business. CSS is necessary for tweaking client’s dashboard, and you should use PDFmake and JSON for personalizing the invoices. Thankfully, software as a service support is available to make setting up easy. Invoice templates are available too.
