It receives terrific and useful updates now and then. I only need to wait for up to a couple of months or less.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface is efficient and highly automated. That’s a very big plus factor. However, it has poor graphic designs that should be improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a terrific invoicing and project tracking solution for our business. It has recently received a new proposal system too, and we love using it.
