Invoicing is a lot smoother with Invoice Ninja. It helps me prepare invoices, set payments and let clients view their bills through a convenient dashboard. Tweaking the invoices when needed is easy as well. Then, clients can fully or partially pay their bills with no hassles. Moreover, online payment is supported on this platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Running the system on the cloud causes some errors such as sending duplicate invoices. It doesn’t allow paying several invoices in one as well. It is a good thing, however, that Invoice Ninja receives frequent useful updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This keeps costly accounting platforms that doesn’t support invoicing away from my job. It is highly suitable for individual and small business because it doesn’t demand the focus of an entire team. It is useful for non-profit ventures that I support as well, since it helps me give convenient access to such groups.
