What are the best aspects of this product?

I love this app because it's so easy to use from set-up to actual invoicing. It can easily track invoices and payments. The invoice is customizable based on your brand as well!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they can add a desktop alert if there's an invoice that gets past due.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Tracking invoices is so much easier now.
