What is Invoicely?
Invoicely is a cloud-powered invoicing solution targeted at small businesses and freelancers. Its biggest attraction is its free plan that allows for unlimited invoices for unlimited number of customers. The software is a third iteration of the original application launched in 2012 for the purpose of bringing forth a modern online invoicing platform for the masses. Since then until the latest version launched only in 2016 which was named Invoicely, the vendor claims to have already 100,000 customers using the software.
Invoicely brings with it all the basic functionality expected of a billing and invoicing software such as invoice creation, payment schedules and automatic reminders, workflow automation, managing of business accounts, and client information management, multi-currency support, and data import and export, to name some. Other features such as time, expenses and mileage tracking are reserved for the paid plans. Highlights of the software are its easy navigation and operation and, as mentioned earlier, the availability of a free option which for all intents and purposes would suffice to meet the invoicing needs of individual entrepreneurs and startups.

Not Invoicely, which makes its free plan a powerful and practical option for businesses just starting. But even its paid plans are reasonably priced which them the logical next steps for business wanting to shift to more feature-filled offerings.
The app shines in its ease of use. Since its cloud hosted, there is no setting up and all you have to do is create your account at Invoicely, add a few business information, assign your own URL, select your payment gateway, lay down permission settings for your team, then you’re all set. Later on you can fill in more items like sales tax, discounts and other preferences.
The software’s emphasis, aside from streamlining the invoicing and billing process to get you paid on time, is keeping things organized. Easy navigation plus robust features translate to productivity and efficiency which is most welcomed by its non-accountant users. UI buttons for invoices, bills, dashboards, reports, settings and others are well-placed, giving convenient control and view of your tasks and processes.

PROS: This software is amazing and very worth the price. It allows me track and monitor multiple invoices easily because I get notified when an invoice is already received and viewed. The software is also super easy to use. I love that I can just simply add our company logo in the invoices we send so it would look more professional and branded.
CONS: It doesn't have a mobile app yet!
