What are the best aspects of this product?

There are no aspects of this product or company which I would recommend.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The hardware of this system is old school. It needs to be scrapped and rewritten. The analogy I use is it\'s like a second-hand car, which you may love dearly, but constantly lets you down is expensive to run and maintain and leaves you stranded at the most needed times. The software has constant errors and bugs and takes months to be made right. As a business owner in this day and age, our customers demand a reliable technology solution at the touch of a button. I salon does not deliver this on any level. Beware or the dreaded 5-year contract too. This mirrors the confidence in their system. Got to lock you in otherwise you would run a mile!
