What are the best aspects of this product?

IT Glue is efficient for keeping various client info and documentation. It is perfect for other data as well, such as passwords, licenses and network configs. Everything is properly organized in its interface, and the platform is very easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The search results page looks too messy, especially when we use it to find certain companies. That is primarily because the results aren’t arranged in a particular order, such as alphabetically in a list. It is not a significant problem for us, though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

IT Glue is the best option for keeping all our essential documentation in one convenient place. It can carry stuff such as training materials and confidential client documents among others. It has suitable plugins for other tools that we use too.
