What are the best aspects of this product?

IT Glue is ready for immediate use after installation, but it also offers a great customization option to help make the platform suit your demands. Right after setting up, you can instantly use the platform, and start loading your data into it. It is also very easy to use platform, but a training course is available for new users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is not an affordable option since I need to pay for each of my employees. A license that covers an entire company would be a great package option. Thing is, IT Glue is a great tool, that is why I’m still using it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This helps me keep and process client documents accordingly and efficiently. Also, everything is quick on IT Glue, that’s why I find it as a terrific time saver for us.
