What are the best aspects of this product?

IT Glue really bolsters efficiency in our company because it helps us keep all important documentation and passwords, then find them instantly at any time necessary. We do not need to rely on the messy data storage in our system anymore.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that the default time allowance for each login would increase. Other than this simple issue, I do not have other complaints about IT Glue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

IT Glue now acts as a single but collective place for all our important passwords and documentations. It has made our old but disorganized system obsolete, in which we need to scatter documents into different points. Such an old system really made it hard for us to retrieve specific data.
