What are the best aspects of this product?

Linking one item with each other is easier on IT Glue. When you’ve finished organizing all documentation on the platform, it would be easier for you to locate anything on-demand as well. This is because IT Glue lets you see other items that are connected to a particular item you’re accessing. This includes items that are remotely linked.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am looking for a feature that lets me add custom fields on all core assets simultaneously, without affecting other elements in a layout. Custom fields should be searchable too. Yes, I know why core assets have fixed layouts, thus IT Glue doesn’t carry the feature I’ve mentioned. However, that would be a terrific addition to the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

IT Glue helps in making all our confidential information properly organized in one place, and it makes everything easy and quick to access. This helps us easily tell clients about the services we offer to them, as well as specify the information we can provide through our service. As a result, we always perform great during business meetings especially with potential clients, since we can easily clarify why are they paying for our services.
