We can easily link objects and resources with the platform, which is great for making relationships among our files. This is perfect for shared applications and solutions with the documents.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some essential features aren’t present in IT Glue, such as a function for approving documents. We’ve suggested this to the IT Glue technicians, but it still hasn’t come to fruition.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

You’d get tons of KBs system info, such as credentials and backup licenses, when you put in a particular server or IP name. This process is faster when using IT Glue.
