What are the best aspects of this product?

It's very simple to use from the get-go. Creating blast campaigns/templates are easy to do. It's easy to see the performance of your e-mails. The team from Iterable is constantly finding ways in enhancing products. Customer support take their time to resolve any of your issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It requires further API support. It'd be nice to have comprehensive data for revenue reporting. Segmentation of lists can be complex and messy.It'd be preferable to have get notifications to happen more often whenever changes are deployed.This would keep people informed ahead of time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It resolved a number of things for us. It addressed our needs in e-mail marketing and A/B testing. Triggered campaigns can be made for users of varying segments. It fosters a personalized e-mail experience.
