I can't get enough of the amazing things that Iterable has done. It's a robust tool capable of delivering results. It revolutionized our e-mail marketing efforts. It enables the creation of sophisticated e-mail list segmentation as well as trigger e-mails and development of e-mail campaign development. Their customer support has been astounding a big help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some things that the company needs to work on so they can enhance further their functionality. There are certain things to look forward to that needs to be carried out: cloning workflow and capturing results of e-mail campaigns. I can understand how they're just starting with things as a startup. But the company is including new capabilities with each passing day. So expect things to get better in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All in all, it did a good job in targeting users, allowing for better segments, making better identifications, and capitalizing points on product interest. It also allows for enhanced drip e-mail campaigns impact. An increase in purchase conversions for my company is noticeable. That also goes for e-mail traffic and total user engagement.
