What are the best aspects of this product?

I love their customer support. Response times were really quickly. I favor their platform. It has enough simple APIs for me to create whenever I feel like it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Building new e-mail within workflows. It makes a lot more sense to choose a current template/e-mail within the triggered tab. At the last page prior to hitting the "send" button on a blast, our estimated size of the audience was way off the mark. No geographic code segmenting tools were available. Creating an int data column requires going through an API CSV upload causes numbers to string.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We see value within workflows. E-mail is simple enough to be done for campaigns for press releases to be sent out. We're trying to create tools and seek value by transfering all our online data to Iterable and then making use of it for enhanced segmentation and fundraising. Our deliverability has been great thanks to its SSL DKIM support. We were able to send customized events to Iterable and use that to add value for clients.
