What are the best aspects of this product?
Their system and team are really flexible in so many ways. Support is unlike anything we've ever seen. That's a game changer to get people on call at any time of the day. What's more, those same people are experts and does an incredible job accomplishing things. It does an excellet job in prioritizing automation in e-mail marketing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Change can be a good thing from time to time. But it can also be a bad thing. I feel, for the most part, that changes occuring with Iterable are a good thing. But there have been instances where their UI would abruptly change without any notifcations ahead of time. This tends to throw people off.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Currently, my company is concentrating on e-mail fundraising within the e-mail marketing space. Making use of Iterable were we can make e-mail personalizations by means of hard data can be a difference maker. One of our goals with Iterable is finding a way to make an automated workflows that can be personalized for each user. Through triggers and workflows, we're able to resolve such issues.
