What are the best aspects of this product?
We use iTouchVison to provide customer support via phone, email, social media, and SMS. We use the software to record communication threads, for training and quality, and to analyze the stats. Our customers are impressed with the improved quality of support we are offering with the system. The vendor’s tech support team helped us to seamlessly customize and implement the software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
iTouchVision offers all the main CRM functionalites, but lacks features like article sharing, discussion forum, and video calling. We may need these features in the future as our business grows and we scale operations.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
iTouchVision is a cloud-based CRM which has provided us good results and helped us to meet our company goals. We were able to easily integrate the contact center with our existing solution. The software has boosted our agents’ productivity and they are now working on the backlog.
