What are the best aspects of this product?
The integration with our Cisco phone system is great. I can make or receive callls and search the phone directory from Jabber very quickly. The visual voicemail and playback is also a huge help. Chat is also a good feature that works well most of the time for me, with the option to save chats to an Outlook folder as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The desktop sharing can be hit or miss sometimes as it is not as rich as Webex or Skype where you can do a lot more. The calendar integration with Outlook is nice but superfluous and video chat is a hassle. Auto sign in options are hit or miss as well for some users
