What are the best aspects of this product?
Jabber's basic instant messaging functionality gets the job done cleanly, while the additional features add relevant value without cluttering with an overload of functionality. Features such as sharing screens or start a WebEx are nice and easy to have as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The phone integration appeared difficult to deploy across a multi-site deployment. Also, the automatic reporting of a user's location (when set) does not work all the time.
