What are the best aspects of this product?

I like Jabber's ability to connect the various communication channels. It will pull contacts from your email and makes it easy to communicate by text, call, or video. I also love the instant meeting function so Idon't have to go through the hassle of setting up meetings through Webex for a quick discussion.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The small tab at the top when you're not using Jabber sometimes gets in the way of navigating tabs on the internet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I love that Jabber helps others know my status and where I am working from, as well as that of my colleagues too. It's a great way to just ping someone to let them know you have a quick question or concern without writing out a whole email as it helps building relationships across the globe.
