Easy, secure, and fast connectivity for the workplace

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Jabber's connectivity (phone/screensharing) is easy, secure and fast; we can share large files, even as big as 1GB in less time. Also, the VOIPs are connected to Jabber such that someone who is not at his/her desk will still get to know if the VOIP is ringing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It does not sync with the Outlook contacts. It would be easier to use the jabber if it uses the contacts synced from outlook. Inclusion of more emojis would also be great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us solve the issues without taking much time like in back and forth emails. It is no doubt easier to use and is time efficient. Also, larger files can be sent through Jabber easily.
