Easy to use instant messaging app that lets us communicate quickly

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's an easy-to-use instant messaging app that's great for quick questions or to pass on info in the office. It's particularly helpful as some of my colleagues are located in different parts of the world. I also like that I can be a bit creatively expressive with the status feature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It looks as though there's a place to put your picture here, but I can't figure how to do it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One benefit is the ability to ask a 3rd party a question or check a fact while I'm on the phone with someone. I also like the Do Not Disturb feature as well.
