What are the best aspects of this product?

I enjoy how easy it is to send a quick message to a colleague with Jabber. You can also see the status of your colleagues (online, busy, out of office) so you'd know whether an email would be a more appropriate means of contacting them. It is fun and easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There doesn't seem to be a way to include GIFs in your chat message. Also, the integration of Jabber with phone lines needs a lot of improvement. Video and regular call integration isn't always successful and you can be left using your webcam while talking on the phone with your colleague.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Jabber solves the primary business problem of facilitating easy and direct communication between colleagues. This has helped increase productivity and efficiency as I get quick answers when needed.
