What are the best aspects of this product?
I can easily communicate with my colleagues while at work. If I am on a demo or a call, I can seamlessly contact my manager for help if needed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's nothing I don't like but if I had to choose something I would say the interface. The interface isn't as pretty as some of the other systems I've seen in the market but it's functionally great.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The ability to talk in real time with colleagues across the globe and make sure that I can have someone on the other end instantly respond. I use this rather than email because people blow off emails but not my Jabber.
