What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like best is the ability to "share" your screen with the other person to whom you are chatting with. I also like that you can "see" who is online and available to chat via the colored symbol next to the person's name and you see when the person is typing a message so you can get an immediate response.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish there more more emojis that are available.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Instead of emailing or calling a coworker, one can just start the Jabber chat and quickly ask the question.
