What are the best aspects of this product?

The whole Jamf package has been really helpful to me in my work. I had no idea how useful it is at first, but despite not having a formal training about it, I was able to learn and put it to use. All our issues with device management were quickly resolved. Everything is running so smoothly for apple users!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The configuration profiles is kind of hard to figure out. I'm also having issues with renewing our SCEP policy and I can't figure out if it's an app issue or something is wrong somewhere else.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Jamf was able to help us in so many things: (1) deployment of apps; (2) updating screen appearances to fit the corpoate brand; and (3) printer management.
