What are the best aspects of this product?

It saved us a lot of time in deploying apps, generating reports, building profiles, or running scripts. Thanks to the automated processes! I no longer have to do things manually which helped us be more efficient at work. They also provide training resources for users which is beneficial for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like its patch management functions right now. I hope they would improve it by having more integrations.
