What are the best aspects of this product?
We find it essential when we have around 500 iMacs to manage! Everything is amazing -- from the deployment of software to the enrollment of clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish it would soon be able to support Arcsight. We need it for our log management.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We didn't encounter any problems with managing our devices during lockdown, while everyone's working from home, because it can be done remotely through Jamf Pro.
