What are the best aspects of this product?

Among the MDMs that I previously used, Jamf Pro is the best. It's better than the rest when it comes to its user interface and functionality. Their tech support team is also reliable and always ready to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Creating and configuring policies is not that intuitive. It doesn't have a back button and it just keeps on refreshing. It runs a bit slow sometimes, as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Its features like the device tracking, auto updating, and self-service has been really useful for us especially now that most of us our working from home.
