Probably the best MDM solution out there

What are the best aspects of this product?

Most of the devices we use in our healthy system is on Windows OS, so it's a bit of a hassle to manage the few iOS devices that we have. Thanks to Jamf, it took off the load! And it's even better than the software that we're using for our Windows devices.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have a negative experience with Jamf yet, but since only a few people know how to use this software, I had a hard time looking for someone who do.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Some benefits of using Jamf: (1) self-service portal for convenience; (2) real time tracking of inventory; (3) encryption status reporting; and (4) easy deployment of devices.
