What are the best aspects of this product?
I love Jamf Pro because it's really helpful to our school while doing remote learning. The self-service feature allows users to resolve issues, manage, and update softwares in each device.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope they would allow native integration with Jamf Connect.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We can roll out new devices without actually holding the device! We can do it remotely.
