What are the best aspects of this product?

The dashboard and workflows are easy to use. It allows us to keep track of different job boards. It also integrates easily with our website and other platforms. They also provide great support for our team. They are very accomodating.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You can only send assessments if you do it in the job workflow. I think it'd be easier if we can do it in a templated workflow. Its integration with LinkedIn is also a bit hard.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to hire candidates fit for the role at a faster rate. We can also send templated emails. This helped us save time in crafting emails. It is also easy to read all the resume sent.
