PROS: They respond fast to our inquiries. They were able to answer and help us with what we need in a friendly manner. It is also very flexible. Its features makes our processes better and much easier.

CONS: We love JazzHR. Our experience is completely awesome so we couldn't really find any flaws.

PROS: It is very detailed and easy to use. I can see all the candidates who applied and see all their information.

CONS: I love JazzHR. I really can't find any fault in it.

PROS: It has a lot of great features like that of mass emails, texting candidates, and advertisement for jobs. The UI is also simple and easy to use.

CONS: Customized statuses should be updated. There are also times when a status is assigned to the wrong person.

PROS: Posting jobs, searching candidates, and communicating with them is very easy. It helps us throughout the hiring process.

CONS: If a candidate applies for more than one position we have to manually merge their files. Setting a specific type for each job can also be time consuming.

PROS: Super easy to use and gives us great functions that can help our business grow.

CONS: You can't add job descriptions in bulk. You must go through each job posting to change it. This can be time consuming, especially if you have several job boards to update.

PROS: It easily integrates with HRIS GoCo. We were also able to hire great candidates through JazzHR and easily help them in the transition process.

CONS: There's nothing to dislike about this software. It has only been a great help.

PROS: Its UI is very nice. It makes it easy for you to understand its functions.

CONS: The enterprise level reporting needs to be updated. I think it'll be hard to use this if you have a large number of people in your company.

PROS: It is a great software because of its user friendly interface. It also offers a lot of great features that is very helpful in finding and communicating with applicants.

CONS: It takes time to organize your information in JazzHR, especially old processes and templates.

PROS: It is easy to find the information you need. I can also make tasks that I can use to keep myself on track. There's also a feature where you can make interview templates. This helps me ask uniform questions to all applicants applying for the same position.

CONS: The reports are very limited, especially if you have the basic package. There's also a charge with texting candidates.

PROS: You can have a job post at multiple job boards. You can also integrate it to your website as a widget.

CONS: The interview guides must be accomplished manually. This takes some time for us to do.

PROS: The dashboard and workflows are easy to use. It allows us to keep track of different job boards. It also integrates easily with our website and other platforms. They also provide great support for our team. They are very accomodating.

CONS: You can only send assessments if you do it in the job workflow. I think it'd be easier if we can do it in a templated workflow. Its integration with LinkedIn is also a bit hard.

PROS: It helped our overall recruitment process. It allows us to customize the process according to the needs of our organization. It doesn't limit you into a single workflow. This makes it easy for us to integrate our process into the system. A feature where you can filter applicants according to their status is also very useful as it helps us to focus on the candidates that needs to be processed.

CONS: It'd be useful if there's a vote button for applicants so we'll know which ones are being favored and we don't have to look at every application. It'd also be helpful if all people involve in the hiring process receives an email whenever an applicant completes a questionnaire or a portion of the process. Lastly, a notification if there's an application that hasn't been proccessed will be appreciated.

PROS: It is affordable and great for small businesses as it allows you to get the best candidate for the position you are looking to fill.

CONS: It has limirted functions and the reports feature needs improvement.

PROS: They have superb customer service. They answer every inquiry. JazzHR also provides webinars that you can attend to learn more about the software. Aside from this, it provides a great user experience.

CONS: Job boards should provide better deals when it comes to advertising jobs. We want to be able to reach more people at a lower cost. It also be better if the inbox is removed so we don't get double messages anymore.
