What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to find the information you need. I can also make tasks that I can use to keep myself on track. There's also a feature where you can make interview templates. This helps me ask uniform questions to all applicants applying for the same position.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reports are very limited, especially if you have the basic package. There's also a charge with texting candidates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The recruiting process became simpler because JazzHR tracks the candidates for us.
