What are the best aspects of this product?

It helped our overall recruitment process. It allows us to customize the process according to the needs of our organization. It doesn't limit you into a single workflow. This makes it easy for us to integrate our process into the system. A feature where you can filter applicants according to their status is also very useful as it helps us to focus on the candidates that needs to be processed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It'd be useful if there's a vote button for applicants so we'll know which ones are being favored and we don't have to look at every application. It'd also be helpful if all people involve in the hiring process receives an email whenever an applicant completes a questionnaire or a portion of the process. Lastly, a notification if there's an application that hasn't been proccessed will be appreciated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have a long recruitment process. Because of JazzHR, we were able to track the process. Its features like that of automated emails also aid our recruitment process and makes it efficient.
