What are the best aspects of this product?

JIRA provides me with a functional issue tracking platform that I can use for multiple projects. The integrations are good, as well as the custom workflows. It works well for internal and external use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish it was free. Custom workflows are also hard to maintain.

JIRA helps us expose and track issues, which is quite useful for 3rd party developers.
