What are the best aspects of this product?
JIRA provided us with accurate KPIs to comply with SLAs with our customers, real time information, flexibility to adapt to our customers' requests, and the most important, we've got happy customers. The dashboard is very useful for our technical staff.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I am missing more control about some configuration options, and obviously over our data. I would suggest to provide better and more opened tools just for backup and restoration of the data.
