What are the best aspects of this product?
JIRA hass all the modern tools and features I need to help me manage my projects. The OnDemand functionality is quite helpful too as it ensures that I have full functional experience with JIRA with its fixes and patches and I don't need a DevOps engineer to install the patches.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Working with plugins is a delicate task. Writing plugins are never easy and installing them can be tricky.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use JIRA for a number of processes, including Bug tracking, project management, risk management, on time delivery, and scope control to mention a few.
