What are the best aspects of this product?

Lots of people are familiar with it so training people up is a breeze

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Almost everything else: this is a tool, supposedly aimed at managing work for agile teams, but it appears to have been designed and built by a bunch of waterfall teams who sent a BA off to ask agile teams how they worked, and attempted to model it:

A User Story is not a type of task
An Epic is not a Feature
Work item hierarchy natively practiced by many agile teams is not supported.
Visibility into resource requirements and allocation only available with premium features
Encourages sprawl in terms of projects and becomes hard to manage and navigate
Key indicators such as burndown, velocity, allocation are basically hidden (accessible via menus as opposed to always visible at the project / plan / sprint level where they should be.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

none. Next time out I'll take a hardcore approach and bring in something else, immediately

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None. I'm convinced it actually harms teams.
