What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how seamless JIRA's integration to BitBucket is. I have been able to cover all bases and branches that are linked to issues. I love how I can pull a request and create a custom message and send it to a particular reviewer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve their user interface, which I think is quite dated and clunky as well as confusing. The performance of every page needs working too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to collaborate and coordinate with the development team especially when it comes to issues. Communication with other parties regarding development is also improved.
