PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

From a single user interface, we are able to perform a number of tasks, including project communications, issue tracking, and task tracking, assignment and management. It makes our job easier as it takes email out of the equation pluss the user interface is very friendly and robust.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This may sound odd but I find JIRA to be easily configurable. That means we can easily tweak and modify the system, which can be tricky if we are working on the perfect workflow.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use JIRA to track bugs and issues as well as manage projects instead of doing all that via email.
