Excellent Platform For Agile Backlog Maintenance and Sprint Progress

What are the best aspects of this product?

JIRA is a user-friendly and robust software that is perfect for managing agile projects. I have no problems maintaining full backlogs from sprint to sprint. Taking user stories to development and QA teams is seamless and creating subtasks and tracking work hours is a breeze.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to say that JIRA struggles particulalry when the backlog is large and tons of projects are loaded into our instance. The time reporting functionality isn't straightforward too.

We are able to follow projects, sprints, and users stories, which is essential for an agile organization.
