What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how JIRA gives me a wide room on how to define my own dashboards and pick the information I want to see. The Agile plugin allows me to use Kanban or SCRUM, and makes managing software development projects a breeze.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are instances when the workflow management has become cumbersome. I wish they would come up with a feature that allows me to "close" at any state rather than having to pre-define all the states to be able to close.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
JIRA allows me to become more effective at tracking bugs for my software development projects and easily provide that information to upper management.
