What are the best aspects of this product?

It's very easy to use and it allows us to do our jobs better. It was very easy to set up allowing us to not have to worry about having to deal with any issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some issues I had with this software related to JIRA processes and some languages not being integrated. The languages were not as big of an issue, unless you need Russian or other obscure languages.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped us prepare for a big product launch, allowing us to do our job with less worries.
