It helps you to become a better project manner by helping you rank the requirements of the clients in terms of priority before you can begin the project. From there, you can put those requirements in the development life cycle and track them from there. It makes the difficult things in a project look simple. Ticketing is made simple with this tool to help you communicate on issues, bugs and tasks with your team members and assign that task or bug to the most available or able team member.

It has a few drawbacks which you should look out for. Although reliable when it comes to tracking, it has a learning curve which you have to go through before you get the hang of things. However, once you hack how this tool works, you will have a smooth transition moving forward. The main problem comes in figuring out the workflow. When you want to configure the workflow, it will prove to be a tough hill to climb. With such hurdles, you have to give yourself a bit of time to learn the basics of the product before you can use it to manage and track your projects. On top of that, the user interface is not that friendly and thus you have to deal with this at first.
