Jira: great software for project management and issue tracking

What are the best aspects of this product?

The first thing I like about Jira is its simplicity. It's well built with a modern and intuitive interface that makes using it very easy.
I also like that Jira is very flexible, such that it can be customized to meet the needs of any organization.
Another thing I like is the integration with Slack and other softwares that we use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's a steep learning curve to mastering Jira. This is due to the fact that it's highly customizable and so needs more time to get used to all its functionalities.
